What HOODRADAR measures, where the data comes from, and — just as important — what it cannot tell you.

What HOODRADAR is (and isn't)

HOODRADAR displays public blockchain data as-is. Tokens appear automatically because they exist on-chain, not because anyone chose, listed, vetted, endorsed, or promoted them. Appearance on this site is never a recommendation. We take no payment from token projects, run no ads, and never ask you to connect a wallet. Nothing here is financial, investment, or legal advice. Trading newly launched tokens carries a high risk of total loss.

HOODSCORE

HOODSCORE is a 0–100 heuristic computed live from market structure. It starts at 50 and moves with these factors:

Volume / liquidity churn	Healthy turnover rewarded; extreme churn (>10–30×) penalized	−15 … +8
Pool age	Surviving >1h, >24h rewarded; first 5 minutes penalized	−10 … +10
Buy/sell balance	Sell-dominated flow (>2:1) penalized	−12 … +5
Extreme 24h move	+5000% moves flagged as exit risk	−10 … 0

0–30High Risk — thin liquidity and weak signals; assume total loss is possible.

31–60Watch — mixed signals; verify the contract and liquidity before considering.

61–80Active — fewer obvious red flags; still a new-token market.

81–100Momentum — strong structure right now; can change in minutes.

What HOODSCORE cannot detect

Honeypot contracts — tokens coded so you can buy but not sell
Hidden mint functions, blacklists, pausable trading, or tax changes
Off-chain coordination (bundled buys, paid shills, insider allocations)
Anything about the team's intentions

A high score means fewer obvious red flags, not safety. Always verify contracts yourself on Blockscout.

Safety signals (token drawer)

When you open a token's detail drawer, we additionally check live on-chain data: contract verification status, holder count, top-10 holder concentration (excluding the pool and burn addresses), the creator wallet, and declared socials/website. These are point-in-time reads of public data, shown with ✓ / ✗ / ? marks — the "?" means the source didn't answer, not that the token passed.

Data sources

GeckoTerminal public API — prices, pools, volumes, trades (network id robinhood), refreshed every 30 seconds
Blockscout (robinhoodchain.blockscout.com) — contracts, holders, creators, wallet balances
Dexscreener API — token socials and price cross-checks

Data can lag, gap, or be wrong at the source. We display it as received.

HOODRADAR is an independent community tool. It is not affiliated with Robinhood Markets, Inc., GeckoTerminal, Blockscout, Dexscreener, or any token project shown on the site.
